State-of-the-Art Clinic — Completed
In just 480 sq ft, this clinic became an exercise in precision. Four OPDs, an X-ray room, reception, and a medical store—compressed into a footprint that demanded discipline. Every square millimetre was studied, negotiated, and resolved.
Partitions were crafted from 22 mm thick granite slabs solid, exact, unapologetically permanent. They define space with clarity while conserving area.
Stone, wood, and copper define the aesthetic language. Stone anchors. Wood softens. Copper introduces warmth, a quiet glow against clinical necessity.
This was one of our most challenging healthcare projects. A reinvention of compact planning, where material honesty and spatial intelligence transform limitation into strength.
